SEO IS ONGOING The rewards for those who make it to the first page of the search engines are enormous. But the job to get Websites on the top pages of the search engines is also a big dang deal. The SEO Web designer must create, design or engineer the Website properly but there is more to it than that. Many properly designed Websites never make it to page one because it takes regular tweaking and adding of backlinks to get a Website well ranked.

BUT, if you modify that search term just a little bit and use View New York Real Estate you can now maybe get that pig to fly. Why? Because no one uses the search term view New York real estate. Therefore, there is little or no competition and that means that even a weak Website can make it to page one. However, do not expect to get any business using such a weak search term. The trick to effective SEO is to choose keyword or search terms carefully. You want to go for a term that is competitive enough so you can generate leads but not so competitive that you will be old and gray before you ever get to page one.
WINNERS AND LOSERS Maybe one day something else will come along that makes the Internet and search engines a thing of the past but that day is not coming soon.
