REAL ESTATE WEB DESIGN FOR PEOPLE

Now that we have established that people are not inclined to read long blocks of text either online or offline, the question remains: ?How do we get people to read what we have to say on our Real Estate Web Designs?? This is an important topic. People do want information, they just do not want it in big chunks.

SO BREAK YOUR TEXT INTO SMALLER CHUNKS

One way to approach your real estate web design is to break your content up into short paragraphs, just the way you see in this blog. Bold headings that summarize what the paragraph is all about, followed by a few sentences that expand on the idea is a formula for a paragraph that has a chance of being read.

BOLD HEADINGS SHOULD TELL THE TALE

Ideally, a visitor to your Website should be able to read the title of your article then quickly jump to the Bold sub headings to get the entire gist of the article. If you do this, you are communicating to those visitors who have limited time to see if your article makes any sense to read and you are providing in depth information for those who are really interested in the subject.

THROW IN BULLETS AND GRAPHICS FOR GOOD MEASURE

When appropriate, you should consider bullets and graphics to help the reader understand the message you are trying to communicate. For example, if you are writing about home styles in your area, providing a graphical example will ensure reader satisfaction. And bullets force you to narrow your thinking about what you want to say and put it into an easy to read format. I will write more about bullets in another blog article.
