REAL ESTATE WEB DESIGN FUNDAMENTALSThe ideal real estate Web design is created in such as way that the major search engines can easily scan it and ?read? the words on the page. This is the first step in getting a Website placed in the proper place on the search engines? indices. Sometimes the search engine robot or spider cannot see the words on the Web page because the Web designer chose to develop the Website within a Frame. Sometimes a Web designer will choose to provide much of the Website?s content using graphics. Search engines do not ?see? graphics so it has little idea what the Website is about. If the search engine robot cannot read or see the words on your Website pages, it is highly unlikely that your Website will ever show up on page one for your important keyword or search terms. Just including the right Meta Tags is not enough. And remember, if your Website cannot be found easily on the major search engines, your prospects are not likely to stop by.
